I connected with several targets while exploring the Patagonian rainforest, Salinas and Sierras surrounded by Chaco, Monte desert by the ocean in Argentina plus drier Andes and pelagic waters in Central Chile.

Coastal Buenos Aires Province produced several endemics and thousands of waders over a short trip marked by terrible weather: Hudson’s canastero, sulphur-bearded reedhaunter, Olrog’s gull and more.
